At AuPairMatch, we take the safety of our users very seriously. We rely on multiple layers of protection so you can focus on what really counts: finding the right match.
Profile Quality Scoring
Every profile on AuPairMatch is automatically evaluated for quality. Our system analyzes profile completeness, quality of information, and user behavior. Profiles with low quality scores are displayed less prominently and may be flagged for manual review.
Spam Detection
We use automated systems to detect spam and suspicious behavior. These include:
- Detection of mass messages and copy-paste behavior
- Verification of profile data for plausibility
- Analysis of signup patterns and IP addresses
Protected Communication
All messages and video calls run through our platform. You do not need to share private contact details such as phone numbers or email addresses until you are ready. This way, you maintain control over who knows your personal information.
Blocking and Reporting
If you feel uncomfortable with a contact, you can always:
- Block: The blocked user can no longer see your profile or send you messages.
- Report: Our team reviews reported profiles and takes appropriate action in case of violations.
